Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Any local import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. Reshipping is billed at cost.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of luxury skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We gladly accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

How to request a return

Contact us at info@haus-edelrose.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions or a replacement as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

International Returns

Returns for defective or incorrect items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address, we refund the product price minus actual shipping once received and inspected.
