Duties & Taxes (International)
Orders ship DDU. Local duties/taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Returns
Unopened/unused items within 14 days. Email info@haus-edelrose.com to start.
Refunds within 5–10 business days after inspection. Non-returnable: opened/used items (hygiene), gifts, items past 14 days unless defective.
